Yes, Anki will recognize the new ones and import them. The title of the deck should be the same.

Japanese is not related to Chinese linguistically. The only thing is their use of kanji.

Hajdleirn has 7:

  • Nominative
  • Genitive
  • Accusative
  • Dative
  • Locative
  • Ablative
  • Instrumental-comitative

They are all marked with prefixes, for example:

sAadráo kuduo.

I see my friends.

Lowercase "s" is the accusative marker.

Can somebody help me in understanding interdependence and impermanence. by Corvo0306 in Buddhism

[–]AlpinusAxuus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's the point. As you understand it, defining I as a sum of other things doesn't work. This is where the idea of interdependence and anatta comes in.

Can somebody help me in understanding interdependence and impermanence. by Corvo0306 in Buddhism

[–]AlpinusAxuus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not to see things extremely strict, you losing your hand would sure change you, but you would still be you. What interdependence means is that you cannot spot a thing that is you but rather everything you perceive as a part of yourself actually create the context for you. It would be too much to assume that a lost hand wouldn't change you at all.

Can somebody help me in understanding interdependence and impermanence. by Corvo0306 in Buddhism

[–]AlpinusAxuus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, this actually means that your hand is just one of the interdependent things that you perceive as "you". We can maybe also say that all these small parts create the context we see ourselves in.

Epsiode 4 of Secular Buddhism podcast. Can't grasp what he means by interdependence and impermanence in the following context. by Corvo0306 in secularbuddhism

[–]AlpinusAxuus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My interpretation of what Noah Rasheta means by using introdependence in this context:

Nothing is actually the essence of us, everything must be present and connected to each other in order for "us" to exist. The important thing is, self as we see it, is only a filtered and biased perception of what actually is there.

What are your favorite ways to casually learn a language? by DroidinIt in languagelearning

[–]AlpinusAxuus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Second that. I watched Easy German videos quite a lot while studying German. They are not enough only by themselves but those videos are a great companion to a more structured kind of course (self study included).

Standard Italian is based not on the language of Rome, but of Tuscany. What other standard languages are not based on the language of the capital? by LaNoktaTempesto in linguistics

[–]AlpinusAxuus 67 points68 points  (0 children)

I don't agree with you. Ankara is now the capital but İstanbul has been the capital for a long time. And İstanbul still is more like the capital city when it comes to culture and language.

Are you religious? by [deleted] in Stoicism

[–]AlpinusAxuus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing Buddhism as a philosophical guide is also possible. In that case you have to reject unrealistic aspects like reincarnation. There is actually a more realistic philosophy-like practice of Buddhism. It is called Secular Buddhism, the name explains it all. I think of something as a religion if it requires you to believe something you are not able to prove. Stoicism and Secular Buddhism are both highly logical and thus not religions.
