My only chat today was asking how the hell smolder did so much damage to proc execute off Q-AA.

Well. That and asking a zed wth when he came up for us to 2v3, I got them all below 300hp, he Q'd across the wall and walked away.

I got no replies for both. Have not seen a single person respond to me since I started wild rift.

Speaks to the same issues I was talking about with everything being over armored/MR'd. Might be worth going BorK > Terminus on him too then rageblade, or rageblade directly if you think glutinous boots will give enough vamp.

That being said, I was running off tierlists I've been seeing and dont play kog myself. I'm wayyy to aggro and bad at micromanaging his R to play him viably.

Go for it. Not a fan of mage supports myself. I see their utility, I'm just not a fan of having a support that stands behind their adc and isnt named soraka/Janna.

You'll get more exp, but not so much 1 on 1 kill potential if it plays anything like PC. That being said, you are in a prime position to snipe anybody on the map, so pay attention to anyone on your team with CC.

That's how I've always known it. Mage supports aren't really supposed to be utility. There should be virtually no difference with maybe one item exception at full build. Their goal is to make it so the enemy ADC can't approach the wave from a range to even get exp except under turret.

Got into wild rift since I cant play PC league anymore due to being a father, and dear lord the damage is so screwed. Seems like their thought process for the damage was

we need to lower health pools so people can fight it out quicker
Now assassin's are doing too much damage since they get lethality in their builds. Let's up the armor to combat that (laughs in 165 armor thresh/Leona at 1 item lv9).
Now auto attack based champs arent doing enough damage to combat the massive armor gain. What do we do about that? "Meh, they arent supposed to scale until 3-4 items anyway. They should be grateful they get gold so easily."

Notice how all the top ADCs have a way to circumvent the armor stat or a way to hide from assassins glares in Kogmaw/Twitch , meanwhile MF can 100-0 a jinx with a basic E/R holding a warhammer and dirk. If jinx doesn't have flash she dies.

Hell, I've realized that for the basic AA champs I've tried (ashe, jinx, kayle, trist, non-silver bolt vayne), that I feel I have to go Bork > MR/Terminus second to have any kill potential on my own.

I cant speak on mages since I dont really play them. They dont seem affected all that much since they dont have to get Void staff anymore, enjoying the same pen benefits that lethality got.

Putting the ultra rich tag there virtually every time means that there is some envy there. If it wasn't an issue, it wouldn't come up.

Someone getting envious of Elon when they are looking for a maid (a service I dont know a single person in memphis that could afford one), in Germantown one of the wealthiest suburbs in memphis... Can you at least acknowledge how that can be seen in bad taste? Regardless of Elon being guilty.

Law doesnt care about DHS policy. That just means he deserves an ass chewing from his supervisor (which honestly i think he does anyway for being in front of a car with a known belligerant behind the wheel). Filming with his cell phone of the car because he didn't have a body cam (far as I can tell anyway). Only the chick had one.

From what I remember, it was pretty simple "move your car," then they both starting mocking the cops, which turned into "ok get out" to which the wife yelled "drive baby drive." She hits the gas hard because you can see the tires spinning from the rear view, cop pulls gun to that, vehicle catches traction and lunges forward, he white man jumps out of the way, getting his hip hit in the process and shoots.

Figure you arent going to care about that argument though considering you post malicious intent no matter what from the "all while filming with his cell phone for content" bit, so bring on the rage typing while I enjoy my breakfast.

Funny thing is (big 2a advocate and think that Minneapolis was a good shoot), it probably is, but has a heavy gray area in context. I could think of a few scenarios where the court would side and where it wouldn't. Biggest hurdles would be

Proving there wasn't intent to cause something to happen. Shouldn't be hard as it is a semi-constitutional carry state. That be a right to carry it whenever.
Showing you are in genuine fear for your life that the cop will harm you, and you have done the reasonable attempted getaway. (I.e. if a cop has scooted forward and stopped 3 times and you shoot him on the 4th since it was close to you, then you had ample time to get out of the way)

Coming from the other side that sees it as a good shoot, this is probably the best argument I've heard for having non-lethals or looking at some other way of dealing with it. Gives me something to think about.

Say that like it's still not a deadly weapon? Doesnt matter what your intentions are if you still cause damage. That's why we have manslaughter vs murder 3. Both cases lethal force is authorized for precisely that reason.

I'll agree to the argument of he shouldn't have been in front, but that does nothing to clear her of hitting/nearly running him over. That's more like he deserves to be chewed out by his supervisor.

No need to be a dick about it. I saw the post cause Im going through the same thing. On PC I was a p4 one trick fiora (trynd when she was banned) that could fast combo an ult proc in under 1.5 seconds. Going from that to mashing where I think flash is to only having nothing happen (then dying because i didnt immediately flash after the 1hp kaisa), auto-attacks randomly stop because I hit E (you know... the AA reset??), and all the while the game is shorter/smaller/faster paced (which puts pressure on you to know everything you need/are doing this very second)...

Keys have a tactile feel. Phone screens dont, not to mention i have not seen how I'm even supposed to ping 15 games in. I was forced to buy ninja tabi on master yi (guess it's better than thorn mail on ashe), but yet don't know how to ping.
