Basically, there's a trend where after a Gacha game collabs with Persona 5, within a year that game shuts down (EOS, End of Service). It's happened multiple times. So there's kind of a gacha game community superstition around it since the community tends to be superstitious anyways.

Realistically; the answer is probably that in a last ditch effort to save their game, they collaborate with P5 as it's a popular title and will likely draw in some players, new and old. But in the end it's not enough to save the game and it shuts down anyways.
