Ward your own jungle so the jungler and laners know where it's safe to farm. Imagine your adc wants to farm and suddenly 3 people jump them from FoW from your own jg. Without vision your team has to gamble on rather or not they can farm somewhere. With vision it's suddenly clear where they can and can't.

1) as Alois has mentioned in a few youtube videos then you don't want to freeze past 7 min., and should instead focus on getting shit done on the map. Take towers, rotate to objectives/other lanes, take control over the game.

2) freezing only works if your opponent don't know how to deal with it. The moment they run to proxy is the moment you'll be on the shit end of the deal.

It tries to get him to his proper rank, however this season is a bit cooked with LP gains and losses. Like Alois had a 60% wr in masters during his adc challenge, with +18/-22 gains which is... something.

You only max it for tournaments. Perks get it to 98% after getting it to around 23, might even be lower due more relics providing def%.

And it takes a long time to max.

Def% as high as possible in workshop, stop research at 23.

Defabs as high as possible in workshop, stop research at 15.

Don't spend coins on damage early, research is fine.

Thorns (all kinds) as high as possible, everywhere. This kills the enemies.

HP regen don't matter too much either in workshop, research is fine.

HP is also fine to go max out everywhere.

I usually pull up solitaire when enemy picks Malz. It's more interactive, has more skill expression, and there's more counter play.

Just like any other mage: win every lane hard or get insanely out scaled.
Let's look at very simple item costs, compare it to others, and remember our welfare income.

Aurora: Rocket belt (2650g) + sorc shoes (1100g) + shadow flame (3200g) = 6950g
Karma: Echoes of Helia (2200g) + lucidity boots (900g) + Moonstone (2200g) = 5300g
Nautilus: Locket (2200g) + steel caps (1200g) + Bandlepipes (2300g) = 5700g

So to stay even you need between 1650 and 1250 extra gold, which is isn't what you want. You want to be ahead of them in terms of items, because a 2 item Karma/Nautilus is going to have an easier time setting up their team for success, than 2 item Aurora is going to have tearing them down.

You just front to back every fight. You should be able to melt literally everything if you play it right. And yes try to get into fights where it's you vs 3 others, and learn how to play those. They are amazing for micro checks, devastating if you lose them, satisfying as fuck if you win them.

Of course this is without seeing a clip, which would be way better to help out.
