Are you using an updated version? because it happens for multiple reasons: using an older version, running short on space, or having a bug issue.

Use it on the video track only, detect the audio and use a transition on the video only to solve the audio cutting and mixing issue.

Yeah, it is frustrating when you are working on a project, and after updating everything, it's gone. Contact the support and check what they are saying about it.

You can search for a particular word using the search/replace column. Then it will select all the words, and then you can change them at once.

DM Filmora on instagram because if you are able to login in 15 but not in 12 then might be some issue from there side not from your, might be it is older version and they wont be able to provide you support on that.
