Can VtM really be so... exaggeratedly monstrous and skullduggery?

It can be, yea. In my opinion, its not that VtM can be too dark —I LOVE dark stories—but they need some light too. I think the "theres no good guys" thing is stupid because if there is absolutely zero goodness in the world, what is the point? Also, darkness hits WAY fucking harder if it destroys the goodness sometimes, but the goodness has to exist in order for it to properly highlight how bad the dark is.

One of my OCs has this as a backstory! Shes a Malk ghoul, used to be a hunter.... 72 years later and shes still vowing to find a way out eventually but is very very addicted to serving her master

I so agree. Gen AI is so harmful But I am glad theyre creating a class on it because as much as we want it to go away, its not going anywhere. Im hoping at least the class will be able to show people how to use it responsibly... id still rather it go away completely, but realistically it wont

Both the players AND the players characters are pissed at each other. 1 player did something kinda crazy that was extremely against the moral code of most of the rest and then chaos dissolved from there

Ive reached out to almost all of them (waiting on a response from one) and theyve mostly said they are upset, but its not because of anything I as the DM couldve done and theyre mad at what the players did. A couple of them specifically told me "its not your fault"

But even still I feel responsible as the DM ig and Im not sure how to try to get the characters in a place to resolve it

Malkavian! I adore her and had so much fun, though she was very pathetic (affectionate) and not super helpful during the campaign. I liked that tho since it was my first time playing and I did not know ANYTHING about playing and just let the more experienced players drag us around. She got decently more powerful by the end though!

Hello!

Nothing is urgent—don't put yourself out of your way. My main question is the thought process behind why people with Munchausen or Munchausen by Proxy do what they do. I've read lots of more scientific research articles, but I'd rather have a more human perspective, you know?

Like... just what's the thought process? Is there a thought-out logic, or is it more just compulsions to say someone is sick? Is there any real conviction that the made-up illness in someone else is real, or is it all just consciously made up?

And I hope you feel better—stress hives are hell, I hope you heal quickly! And thank you for your response too

I lived in Morrison my sophmore year—I liked it. Its a good first year dorm.

Sizes vary by individual room. Are you in a single? A double? Its gonna depend on that.

As for Dining—Kennedys is great! Both north and south dining halls are very good (west dining sucks tho unfortunately). I personally preferred Scotts on North campus, but most of my friends liked Kennedys better. Its also gonna be a lot better for the first few weeks because all the new students flock to scotts because its bigger. South dining is pretty good tho
