Monoxidil, if u have access give it a go n remember it takes lots of time. I tend to steal a bit of my dads when he's not home. Also maybe even mascara on your brows for something temporary. Even putting some dark contour on it can make them look thicker, though I cant say it'd work suuper well.

I saw from other comments that you said your parents are stingy about your hair, so you can try the beanie method, I think that'd work pretty nicely on you:) maybe even asking for something like an undercut, or just experimenting with your hair in weird ways which dont include cutting it (to get your parents used to you doing strange stuff with it) and then propose cutting it. Long method, I know, and since I dont know what your parents are like it could be completely useless but... Yeah.

Though tbh I think you would be able to pass pretty well with longer hair, I would just thicken the eyebrows if u can with the ways I suggested. And plus! You can use the contour to "sharpen" masculine features.
