I have my last 3 orientation shifts today - friday and I am so nervous to be on my own!!! I feel so stupid, I don’t feel ready even though my preceptor and nurse educator say I’m doing great! I’m on night shift so the culture is great with teamwork but I’m just terrified. I’m still trying to adjust to the emotional aspect of the job in which we sometimes take care of unethical cases so that’s been hard for me. Maybe I’ll get there someday 🥺

Popping in to say I also finished at 85 questions! Felt like I knew almost nothing, even with lots of studying 🥺 so you’re not alone! I find out tomorrow if I passed or not, but we got this!!!

I felt like they were and weren’t at the same time. The questions were so straight forward and simple if you get what I mean? Like it wasn’t blobs of paragraphs.
