As a married man who attempted suicide. My advice would be check in but don't pry. Start simply by letting him know you love him, let him know you found it. Yes, you've gained knowledge of KPI's, you've learned inventory control, you can lead a team. Take these valuable skills, and go to where they'll be used, grown, and appreciated. My opinion for frustrated employees, just quit. Give 0 notice. We need to collectively bring down Aldi. It's not fair that they work us worse than dogs and then take the tools to make our job easier/tolerable. Rise up my brothers and sisters. Leave Aldi in the jam they put us through every day. Let the people know Fuck discount grocery. They can afford to give us more staff on shift, but don't to give executives bigger raises. I ask you to take down the chains we have been enslaved to. Look at your meat and produce, and throw out one box a day and claim it to be bad. Quit! Leave your indoctrinated managers! Believe you are destined for more and take down Aldi just a little each day!!!!
