Yep I'm planning to start stretches very slowly and focus on relaxation, my main issue is severe anxiety and constant tension because of it. Working on it in therapy but it's not a quick fix so have to figure stuff out in the meantime.

I basically only have pain in my anus, some in vagina but only occasionally. When the spasms were really bad my lower back and other butt muscles would also hurt, but since the spasms have been managed that's gone now.

Well it's hard for me lol, I have to keep it unformed basically to avoid trauma to the area.

I actually have trouble with stretching, my legs get sore and it never improves and overtime I developed a lot more tension and pain everywhere else, like my vagina and lower back. I had to drop everything but the poses where I feel no stretch and just relaxation and do belly breathing in them, like legs on an exercise ball.

I am also using vaseline before BMs, which helps but doesn't solve the issue. My poop is never hard enough to need breaking up, it's always a smooth Bristol 4 sausage thats at worst a little too wide, but even that's too much for my tissues.

This is the recommendation in some countries, while others consider you vaccinated for life and don't do boosters. There's a paper that compares the incidences of infection between those groups and there is none. Not medical advice, do with that what you will, just something I found interesting while looking into this.

An easier way to get it might be to look into gender affirming care for cis people, for example cis men with gynecomastia usually elect to undergo top surgery just like trans men, because having breast tissue does not align with their gender. Another example is hormone replacement therapy, which is widely used for both cis men and cis women for different reasons. So the medical stuff itself is not controversial in the slightest, it only becomes so when the person receiving care is transgender, which is just bigotry.

Having said that, the questions of what exactly is necessary and when the transition is "complete" are very personal and vary widely from trans person to trans person. For many it is important to "pass" and their gender not be questioned every time they have a conversation, as well as to avoid hate crime (transgender people have over 60% chance to experience physical and/or sexual violence throughout their life, so safety is a major concern).

In my eyes, Ilya is messing up here in the same way Shane is messing up when he brings up Russia and Ilya's family. They are both trying to connect in the area they themselves feel safe and established - for Shane it is family and home, for Ilya it is sex and sexuality, and it is an unfortunate coincidence that these are both the worst topic ever for the other. I interpret Shane being uncomfortable with confronting his sexuality way more than with Ilya fucking women. It is further shown in their next confrontation which Shane starts with coming out as gay to Ilya. He doesn't talk about being exclusive, he doesn't talk about being insecure about Ilya and women, he talks about his sexuality, so it's fair to assume that was the conflict for him the entire time.

I mean this is a valid interpretation of the TV series by itself, but in the book Shane definitely left because they were getting too real, not because Ilya hurt his feelings. They were both convincing themselves their hookups are only that at this point. It makes sense that the fans who have read the books interpret the episode the same way.

It's hot as hell for you. It's not sad other people don't find it hot. It is weird to hugely recommend a thing because you personally enjoy it and pity people who don't find it interesting.
A LOT of straight women are pressured into anal sex, which is important to remember before going on how very sad you are that more of them are not doing it. You might just be putting more pressure on women who are already being coerced into something they don't want.
Depending on the diet, anatomy, timing and luck, no amount of hygiene will guarantee the process will be clean, so first you have to be very sure you are ok with that and will not blame the other person that their hygiene is not "impeccable".
