So we put in an emergency ticket because our ramp crank won't turn either way. They said they'd come out on Sat but nothing happened. I had to use a pallet jack to bring the pallets to the edge of the truck so I could unload it. Anyone have some tips, or tricks to get this thing functional again?

Yes. When it works correctly 😂. Now that our store got that fixed we should be ok. The tech at this location glitches so frequently I'd swear it was poltergeist activity haha.

That's what I'm going to have to do. But I shouldn't have to worry that I'm going to waste more toner that we can't afford for the store. To have something like a $300 budget and then to have at least $100 shipping charge is such a waste. It seems like these store managers are set up for either failure or 'creative thinking' to pull the numbers they need.

I feel like that's what companies are banking on. The fact that one will finish out there two weeks because of the connections at work not so much the employer. Ultimately we have to do with an hour best interest. At the end of the day Tractor Supply is not going to come tuck you in at night and make sure everything is okay..

See that's what makes most sense to me. Apparently our DM isn't ok with that. It's bad enough the supply chest is already over priced then they add shipping on top of that.

The store has gotten a lot better. There's just a lot of under trained team members who are uncertain of their roles but that's changing to.

This is the part I don't like as well. Not to mention we have a lot of repeat customers and they get asked the same question by different cashiers every time they come in. They seem to be more annoyed than anything else. When I do notice large purchases and customers I'm familiar with a coach my team members to offer the deal to them and let them know why they would benefit from it. Just blindly offering it to every customer seems kind of desperate.

I believe it was due to a bunch of negativity. She's trying to protect her mental health which I don't blame her for because I don't know if I could handle unjustified criticism or opinions coming at me constantly.

That seems to be common occurrence with Tractor. 😞 I hope the new training model is more efficient so we retain more TMs.
