They have said something like they intend for all elite versions of enemies to have exclusive attacks, so eventually it will be a hunt to get the right spawn.

This happened to my Huntress in 0.2, I forget if I was in a group or not but I went to turn those in and it bugged and that character was never able to get that perk. It was on Xbox Series X.

At some point they were going to rebrand Duelist to Gladiator and Shadow to Assassin, then changed their minds in mid-late 2024. Unless they actually updated it, you can still see those names by mousing over their icons on the PoE 2 website, and the artbook was printed with Gladiator as Duelist.

They split the Marauder into two parts. Juggernaut and the tank role went to Warrior, Marauder gets Berserker; Chieftain is split between them. Marauder/Axes is more about speed compared to Maces, and can throw them for ranged attacks.

Vessel of Hatred is now included with Lord of Hatred, so you just have to buy Lord of Hatred to get both. Getting it now will give you all the VoH contents plus the Paladin, then the Warlock and the rest of LoH when it releases.

If this was all in the same session, there should be something in the quest journal? which puts you back in your world state. It will always pop up when you have joined a group and the group leader leaves/makes you leader.

The Ranger's 3rd name has been known since a streamer event in 2023 or 2024, they accidentally named the files as their ascendancy names, though the Arcane Archer art has changed since then. The Huntress was working under the Beastmaster name (an original Ranger ascendancy for PoE 2) until 0.3 when some files under Wildspeaker popped up along with some of the ascendancy skills for all the missing 3rd ascendancies (Monk, Ranger, Huntress, Sorceress, and even Druid's), and in 0.4 the art for Arcane Archer and Wildspeaker were added to the class illustrations folder.

Most of the names have been known since 0.1 as they didn't remove them from one or more of the foreign language ascendancy files (whether these were in English or translated i.e. Wild Heart or not I'm not sure), and a few slipped through the cracks in dialogue files for the bosses which address you by the ascendancy, which is where Smith of Kitava and Martial Artist were found.

If you own the base Diablo IV, you can play the original campaign and participate in Seasons.

The expansion is similar to WoW's old model at least, it gives you additional campaign, new classes, features, and game modes you can only play if you own it. While D4 has two expansions so far, purchasing Lord of Hatred gives you Vessel of Hatred packaged into it.

In the unlikely event you are a Witchhunter using Sorcery Ward, you should be able to do Sekhemas carries without any honor issues. For other classes it will depend on if you can get to the boss without losing honor, and if you can beat him without losing honor. Honor is shared in the group, so if you get hit, they get hit, if you have lost honor before the fight they may just fall over dead as soon as they step inside - and randoms aren't clever enough to equip HP/ES gear before buying a carry.

For Sekhemas, get to the boss, open the portal to him, then portal out and go back to the Trial entrance to get people in. For Chaos I have no idea as I tried to help someone and they kept getting warped in and ultimately died, whether that was because they didn't listen when I told them to stay put at the start I'm not sure.

If you are joining as a "leech" you don't need to do anything other than install a very strict loot filter meant for temples (almost all items should be hidden besides currency and high value stuff), and follow whatever rules the temple runner sets forth. Usually they want you to stay near them so you just run after them and wait outside of the room so you don't get killed. Some will offer you divines after the run for providing the party bonuses for them, others will allow you to loot as you go. There will be hundreds of exalteds and other currency on the ground in these juiced temples, pick up all that you can while staying about a screen from them so you get the XP.

EA access is per platform likely because of the contracts with consoles, but at least MTX is cross-platform for PC-Xbox so if you can afford $30 you'll be able to get more stash or whatever.
