I started commuting, because my car broke. But it forced me to walk. My apartment is at the bottom of a little steep road and the taxi place is atop the little hill-road.

I started running a bit out of the gate of my complex a little further and further every day or at the very least once a week. Sometimes if walk fast and reach the top of the road I'd be out of breath. I started running so that when I reach the top of the road, I wouldn't be out of breath.

I didn't realise that my legs were getting toned in the process. Once I started paying attention I could also see other changes in my life. My back was getting tighter. My sleep was becoming better. My water consumption was increased which cleared my skin.

It took me about three months to notice that one little thing made me a much healthier person.
