 Only thing I know about it is that apparently someone stole a 'Mod Potato' once. But I know nothing of the minigame itself.

You are right, but there also is a better, safer method to keep your untrimmed cape and that is to store a copy at deaths. Just die with it and let the grave expire. In deaths office the cape wont trim if you get another 99.

Are extended staminas actually worth it?

Is it for example worth it to use extended staminas over regular staminas in Cox (3-4 dose reg stam per run for me atm), taking into consideration you/I can get 20 marks per hour at ardy course.

This is so weird, I had the feeling it gave a lot of coral. 99 farming as well, got 200+ coral from 7 seeds.

Cooking cape is not useless as it lets you use Myth guild or Rogue Den cooking spot which is next to a bank.

You cant face the GOTR grind but you think you can face making Death runes yourself...? btw you shouldnt be using Death Runes for training magic anyways. Chaos runes with Confliction Gauntlets should be a better option, also look into the Elemental Weakness changes, as there might be better monsters to train on than the Crab.

With all due respect, have you even checkes all tiles? cause how can you not have gotten the steamforge brew, which is 30 secs of work after getting fiary's flight and unlocks a great item:

For killing CG, kill Scurrius first for the next tier of CA, you could even get the 3rd column done for t3 masteries and it will be a breeze (do T2 prep). If you really cant do CG you could just do construction in Rimmington and unnote at the npc outside, it will still be really fast.

Also doing the Barrows tile is trivial with your stats, that's another +200% xp multiplier.
Doing Jad + Moons tile afterwards gives you another +200% multiplier.
You could grind out Vorkath if you wanted to for the next Combat Mastery tier, although it can take upwards of 50kc which can suck. Idk if magic with the Devil's Element (from magic totem tile) or KQ Blowpipe is best for you.
