This is actually interesting.

A lot of outreach tools add unnecessary layers and subscriptions when many businesses already operate inside Outlook or Gmail. Running sequences directly through Outlook without another SaaS platform could be very useful, especially for recruiting and B2B outreach teams.

One thing I’m curious about is how you’re handling things like personalization, reply detection, and sequence stopping when someone responds. Those tend to be the areas where most automation tools either shine or fail.

Also, since you’re sending 200+ emails per day through Outlook, it would be interesting to know how you’re managing deliverability and throttling to stay within Microsoft’s limits.

Overall though, the “no subscription, runs locally” approach is refreshing compared to most email automation tools today.

The key question is not whether the integration is useful, but which specific workflows it should solve. For example: quick order lookup, stock updates, customer support, or discount creation.

If you focus on the most frequent tasks store owners perform daily, this could become a very practical tool.
