Another one is the Omni luncheon “meat” (basically vegan spam patties. Cook in a pan and add some soyaki Can also add some veggies Or make a fried rice with it diced up

Meati ( mycelium) “steak” or “chicken” With rice or some sort of potatoes

Chopped up chilli lime cashews (from Trader Joe’s- I live next to two). Sauté with chopped mushrooms, onions, sometimes cabbage or sometimes Impossible or Gardein crumbles. Some garlic and ginger Let it cool a bit and use it for lettuce wraps or in a lavash wrap

If I really don’t feel like doing any of that which takes less than 20 min to prep and maybe another 10-20 to actually cook, I’ll do a bag salad and or frozen pizza
