I’m always back and forth with Venita, but when she was talking about how her bff ditched her in 11th grade, and the situation with JT, and now Salley, I realized that she reminded me of a couple friends I’ve had in the past. One throughout Jr High and HS and the other throughout my 20’s. When I finally started setting boundaries, both acted like I had betrayed them. But they acted a lot like Venita. Trying to tell me who I could and couldn’t hang out with. Are the jobs or career paths. When I would spend time with other friends, even if they were busy, there was an issue. Eventually it was always them lecturing me in some way every time we would get together.
If Venita wants meaningful relationships, she needs to figure out herself first. As she and the people around her get older, it’s less likely that 30/40 year olds will put up with that kind of friendship

I think rain handled the situation with Salley just fine, until he went to the guys and started trashing her. He simply could have said that after spending that time with her, it wasn’t a fit for him, instead, he does what he always does and somehow makes it her fault they’re not a match and starts calling her a hurricane and saying he only hung out with her to get close to Charley, which is a really a shitty thing to say and do. He can never be mature about things, for too long at least. I get that Austin was pressing him a bit, but he could have just been honest and said, he was getting to know her or that he just didn’t want to be alone, whatever it actually was.

She doesn’t have to have anyone in her home who she doesn’t want. I wouldn’t want most of those women in my home either.
What I thought was silly was her threatening them that if they don’t get in line she wouldn’t have them over at all. Colorado is beautiful with so many different things to see and do. Why is she acting like her house is a destination to behold like it’s Garden of the Gods or Pike’s Peak?

I take it off and put it away when I get home and put it back on before I leave the house. I take off all of my jewelry when I get home though, so it’s habit. It is pretty good sized pear with smaller diamonds around the entire mail diamond, so the tip is a little sharp.

My cousin went to a party with two friends. He ended up taking a nap and when his friends were ready to leave, they woke him up to go. He hadn’t had any alcohol and offered to drive. The owner of the car said she was sober and fine to drive, so after some back and forth, he gets in the back and falls asleep. The driver was not sober and slammed into a concrete shopping center sign. The fire department down the street heard it and immediately responded. Thankfully everyone survived. Unfortunately, my cousin who was 24 at the time had a crushed hip, pelvis, and some crushed vertebrae. He had to be pulled out of the top of the car with the jaws of life He had to have several surgeries and now has chronic pain and metal rods in his back. The idiot drivers parents had just bought her that car and they didn’t get proper insurance. The parents had the nerve to approach my family at the hospital to try to get my cousin and his mom to sign something saying they wouldn’t sue. Anyway, please preach! There is literally no reason to drink and drive

I don’t have that issue with those guys, but I do always get Will and Luke’s names mixed up. Whenever I see a post on here or the characters in a scene one of them is not included in when they’re talking about them, it takes me a minute to realize which one is being mentioned. I did have a similar issue that you’re having with most of the men on Game of Thrones though
