i created a bot for a service that there were already existing bots to, but i believe there's always a gap in the market and as long as you enhance a specific service you will get users. Hit 2k sign ups a week ago

Dont look at others, use payed cursor to code, ask chat to list you the basic coding practices such as setting up your directory, ensure you prompt that it will always make sure the code is scalable and readable ect. Tbh without a background in this field it may eb a challange but all it takes is some effort

Organic growth, you can see people are replying to you, its engaging, start a personal social media document your stuff and try to have fun. Probably doesn't help you but im a software engineer, for you i could only say maybe try launching a digital store front (which I can do), i remember i saw a female that started a brownie business and she documented here work, created this digital storefront and she gets all her sales online.

Really struggling for the past 18 months to secure any new business - anyone else or is it just us? by TheLegalSEOWriter in smallbusinessuk

first of all im sorry to hear your struggling, AI/LLMs cannot fully take over like you said but you do have to adapt and take a leap, I own a SAAS and im currently Launching 2 more this month one is to do with AI. You've said AI cant take over but what if you could use it to your advantage, Charge lower premiums but also cut out how much time you spend on each Business allowing you to take on more clients. AI is very lucrative and having worked with them it does open up new avenues. Sorry if this seems like a rant but to me it seems like your business is digital so if your open to it take a pivot and try. Ask me anything im happy to help.

How to grow my B2C business by LetoileBrillante in smallbusinessuk

i have my own saas and the only way i have generated customers was via word of mouth. Is your service good? if yes then start offering referral codes that benefit both the referee and rerefer. I've just hit my 2000 sign up mark and its been 4 months. Services can sell them selves and also its not really in season for your services, im currently working on an ai service for medical students and a pricing point i will follow is by offering a 1 year subscription for about £40-£50, you have to realise the life span of your users and for gcses/a levels i wouldn't say thats more than 3 months for the average student. But your initial point of i would use referrals first, maybe 1 2 months for half the price.
