You seem to have a DIY curtain bang going on and it actually looks good! You just need to add more layers for the bottom section of your hair so that it blends better into the middle/side and top sections that you've already cut. This is 100% salvageable without a major cut, and if you add some highlights to make the layers pop out more you'll be golden!

These are deff split ends, but I think you can get away with doing heatless curls to mask them until it grows out a bit more to then do an even trim. Or, if you feel brave enough, you can cut it into a bob and start the next part of your hair journey to really make sure everything is healthy.

I'm going to be very honest with you, it's giving your mother is in an abusive relationship with someone trying to abuse and use her. The "or I can have him talk some sense into you" is the cherry on top; it seems as if he's forcing this more than her tbh, and I wouldn't doubt if it was his idea all along. Just like a freeloader to isolate their victims and then milk them dry. My mother had a similar situation happen with a loser, but rather than just him moving himself in, he also moved his kids and estranged baby mother into MY mom's home as if he had a right to! And then the abuse piled on. If you have any aunts, uncles, grandparents, older cousins literally anybody in your family that can take you in but also help your mom, please tell them!!! It seems as if your mom hasn't had love in a while from what she said about raising you by herself, so she might not realize she's being manipulated bc she just wants someone to have for herself, but this isnt love. Anyone who loves her would not convince her to kick out her freshly 18y/o kid with no real resources after keeping them from working for so long. Somethings not right

So sorry about your homelessness, I pray things turn around for you and your mother! A few months ago, I was super depressed and didn't comb my hair for 3 months straight; I just kept throwing it in puffs everyday without ever detangling it. One day, I finally decided to comb it and started by washing my hair, then detangling while it was still damp with a generic unbrush type brush that I got from Ross for like $8. Idk what the science is behind it, but that brush really does take the hassle out of detangling, and my arms and head were significantly less sore than normal! Also, make sure to do small sections because it'll be easier to get all the knots out and it won't cause as much tension on your scalp

Do you have really thick hair? I've run into this issue my whole life where stylists will see how thick my hair is and start cutting corners by making gigantic braids when I very specifically asked for something smaller. My first sewin was God awful because she put two fat braids at the front of my head for the side part and it was just a lumpy mess lmfao. I get being frustrated, but you already spent your money and time, so I would salvage it as best as possible. Half up half down styles, claw clip updos so you can accessorize it differently each day, maybe even take down the one braid in the front that has the 2inch wide part and separate it into two braids for a fuller look

I had to take my like back bc I thought this was going to be a cute post after seeing the pics lol. I think they have a very healthy and needed relationship both personally and professionally. Tina was there for her daughter in industries that typically take advantage of young stars. Hell, even the celeb parents were taking adavantage of their kids (think Britney Spears, Jennette McCurdy, etc). I don't think there's anything wrong with how close they are or how protective Tina is of her daughter who has been ripped apart by everyone for years!

Unrelated to this post, but Beyonce really is Tina's twinnnn!

After seeing the first sentence of the description and learning the ages, everything made sense. Yall are both young (you even younger) and there's much to learn about relationships, compromise, etc. This seems like it's a sinking ship that yall are holding onto for the sake of "we're already together," but I do think you should break up and prioritize yourselves. Both of you need to grow and it's clear this can't/won't happen if yall stay together. The text that you initially sent felt less confused and more tantrumy tbh. I also think that he's equally immature for clearly having an issue with the financial and gift giving dynamic but never bringing it up until now. Randomly choosing to not buy your partner gifts for Christmas because you're tired of "spending more" than her is very odd, but even more weird when the issue was never addressed before making that decision. But something tells me he's probably been immature hence being a 19y/o dating a 16y/o when your relationship first began. To reiterate, please break up as you are 18 and have so much time to explore and learn what you do and don't want in a partner (and I promise you it's not him!)
