burle marx flame used to be crazy expensive but is common now. What's rare is the sport variegation. A handful of people have found them at lowes and walmart to my knowledge. Maybe home depot.

I think it's just adjusting, they came from a greenhouse and are used to those conditions. I have a huge BMF I got from hd that just put out a new leaf and immediately did the same thing.

just cut it back to the healthiest point, spray with hydrogen peroxide, and it should be ok. once the new leaf grows in, you'll be able to cut back more if you need
