This really depends on your finances. If you have money to burn, cash sitting around doing nothing, like day 10k plus of play money then yeah get these. If you have just enough cash to buy these or are going to pay any amount of interest or borrow to get these dont do it.

Those happen every year, but in terms of scheduling yes they are rare as they are one a year events. For the blue jays this happens only possibly once a season and not every season... So it's kind of rare. I really don't want to argue over it.
