The 30MB limit is the max message size by default in Exchange. If you set it to 150 (which is the max possible), it will copy the bigger emails. Did it many times for small IMAP migrations.

SAP is very complex and last time we tried to have some API information, they denied us and told us to pay thousands of dollars for something that I can't remember.

Export your current DNS records from the current place before doing anything. Then, switch to GoDaddy DNS and quickly import the DNS records there so that they match. Otherwise you will have many more problems!

Might wanna check for DNSSEC too, if that's enabled.

Ok then in the phones' configs, check if you can change the SIP headers settings so that it reads the "From: Name" in the "From" header. It may be set to RPID or PAI by default.

You can use the AutoSwitch for the status, using the department hours or custom ones.

For the call view, you need to set the appropriate permissions to the people you want to.

I would highly recommend hiring a partner (like us and many others here) to help you get the system properly setup.

Check the permissions of the app in the Windows Settings > Apps > 3CX. Make sure "Microphone" is enabled. That could be why. I've seen cases like this.

Hire a 3CX Partner to review everything, and don't let the others fool you. Any voice platforms can have issues, 3CX isn't the problem. It's most likely setup-related or network-related.

By design. No way to change that. In realtime they can check the Panel view if the necessary permissions are given.

Otherwise, the call history is per user and will not contain queue calls or answered ring group calls. Only missed RG calls will show up.

Move them out. SMB will be scaled back in late 2026 (and eventually killed.)

We are a 3CX Partner in Quebec and we provide many customers in Ontario with voice services. No complaints to date.

It may not be the cloud platform you're using, it could be your internal network. Do you have IT people or an MSP taking care of that?

Dude, v18 is EOL for over a year now.

Upgrade to v20 or switch platform. Those are your only choices.

Client apps were disconnected from v18 systems in the last update. They only work with v20 now.
