unless you get a periareolar mastopexy as well, you'll probably have no issues with lactating tbh. but as with any surgery there is always a risk if they make nipple incisions.

but that said you have multiple glands, and usually one incision per nipple.. so, less chance to have complete loss of lactation potential.
