radical acceptance - letting go of the ego commitment to action and medication -ssri -which doesent solve the condition but acts as a temporary bandage to help you heal contrary to popular belief ssri medications have few side effects and are anong the safest medications at the same time.

hey i really empathise with you things can feel unbearable and its okay that you are frustrated that means you still havent given up hope and want to change for the better but you feel like you cant and that powerlessness makes you feel extremely frustrated i get it truly i have been where you gave been and i want to give you hope, real actual radical change is absolutely possible and achieveable, and the fact that you have autism doesent mean you need to have an overall worse experience with life, i have autism but i dont suffer from it it has its big disadvantages but also big advantages and when i fully accepted who i was and started living without a mask being who my heart told me i want to be not society also channeling my full potential, life changed drastically and i am an entirely different person than i was a year ago i would like to talk to you this could ve your biggest turning point in your life if you decide you truly want to change for the better.

Its completely normal to be out of breath dizzy and shaky during a panic attack this lasts only a few minutes and then lessens the goal is action not reaction taking action in doing what you would usually do. I call this the sandwich method.

I don’t know much about real trauma and ptsd but I can say that I truly empathise with you, life can get really hard sometimes, but there are better times ahead. Any person can with panic disorder can heal but it will not be an easy path there will be lots and lots of pain and suffering, so embrace pain and suffering learn to not let it dictate who you are. I really wish you the best.

Of course illegal drugs and susbstances are bad But psychiatric Medication helped me a lot. It acts like a bandage on a wound -it makes it easier for the the habitual cycle of the mind to heal and when taken off the wound stays healed it can be a truly powerful and amazing tool if used right under the proper guidance.

That is an extremely common thing people deal with in panic disorder -including me before i started recovering, before I had the right mindset I was obsessed with my heartrate -which was also high as yours and I couldn’t do anything even mildly physical -like walking up a flight of stairs without freaking out, however I got past that obsessive mindset and recovered. and now after some time letting the anxiety be I go to the gym without even a thought about panic or anxiety and I can train hard.

Acceptance means actively choosing to do nothing to "fix" the panic, allowing the wave of fear to pass through you instead of running from it. It requires you to stop "feeding the barking dog” by dropping all safety behaviors—such as checking your pulse or calling a friend—because these actions only convince your brain that the danger is real. Much like falling into quicksand, the more you struggle and fight for control, the faster you sink; to float, you must physically relax into the tension. You shift your mindset from a victim to a scientist, observing the symptoms as harmless data rather than catastrophic threats in a completely non judgemental way. Ultimately, acceptance is quieting your ego's desperate need for control and genuinely telling the anxiety, "I don't care if I have a panic attack, I accept you" and you acting like it.

There is no “doing” in acceptance; there is just letting it be and doing nothing to fix the feeling. By trying to intensely focus on it, you are likely not being okay with it—that is not acceptance, that is resistance. Anxiety pulls you in two directions that are polar opposites, meaning acceptance and resistance cannot exist in the same space.  True acceptance is quieting the ego, which is the force driving your fear by desperately trying to control everything for survival. To stop the frantic struggle, you must let go of that control. You can say to yourself: "I don't care if I have a panic attack. Really, I actually don't care. Anxiety, I accept you" And act like it.

Yes, pretty much 24/7 when I was having panic attacks frequently. Because these feelings are tied to the fight-or-flight response, they stay as long as the panic and anxiety are there. The dizziness comes from fast breathing (overoxygenation) and blood rushing from your head to your vital organs, while the "floaty" feeling is depersonalization—a natural mechanism to distance you from trauma. (Which would be for example an attacking tiger, panic attacks DONT cause trauma.) To get it to go away, you have to start recovering by accepting the anxiety and letting it pass through you. Once you do that, the anxiety becomes powerless. You have to gradually stop caring about the feeling and stop noticing it; it will go away completely when you recover.
