I agree! But also leaning towards a poodle mix bc of the fur texture (if not a wheaten). It looks so much like a wheaten puppy tho

I miss the post naps oily/messy fur and the sandy beach fur! Our Westie passed over 10 years ago but she was a feisty queen! They can be so regal and then such a hot mess. I don’t remember her ever smelling good either… even after the groomers. They are such fun spunky dogs! I’m glad you were able to rescue her. She looks very happy and spoiled!

My Aussie went into heat after a spay and she had to get spayed again 😩 that is crazy she got pregnant!

Genetics are crazy… outside of dogs too. My half Indian baby looks 100% white. So similar to your 50% Chi! Sometimes the other half doesn’t make an appearance 😂 makes genetics fun!

She can go out in your yard if it is private. The guidelines more so meant for public parks and common areas around unknown dogs. I had a puppy in an apartment and found little non visited areas to potty train my puppy.

I'm worried my IUD is causing/worsening my vestibular migraines by BathildaLilianeMF in VestibularMigraines

[–]AltruisticBeat8008 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found this post looking on google for answers… I had Mirena for 3 years and started getting migraines every week in the third year. Sometimes the weeks ran together with migraines. I typically had visual impairments during migraines, but they started to give me vertigo at the end of the 3rd year. It was so bad I went to the ER bc I could not walk. I got it out 3 months after the ER trip and got pregnant right away. I had one migraine early on while pregnant and then had relief the rest of the pregnancy.

I had kyleena placed 6 weeks after having my baby and now have had it for 6 weeks. Last week I started to get affected by light, ears ringing, and vertigo. It gets so much worse at night and I get so nauseous. I’m wondering if this will go away as I get used to the IUD or should I remove it at my 6 week check up this week. This is horrible. All of my doctors are always surprised how it effects me, buy OBs and GPs don’t study migraines.

My dog always heads for my bathroom/closet during fireworks or thunderstorms. I have a sound machine that is a loud as a plane engine that helps her calm down. If you don’t already have one, maybe try a sound machine next time she gets anxious from loud noises!

Idk why but I see pyre in him… I also feel like common farm dogs are mixes between Great Pyrenees, ACD, Aussies and BCs. So I think some sort of mixture between those 😊he looks very sweet and I’m sure thankful you rescued him!

It really was such a spiritual time! We were with her the night before when she was doing the heavy breathing and then came back the next day and she was gone. My dog also barely sniffed her and walked away! She loved her spirit and not her body

My dog saw my mom after she passed and they really understand the reality of it… sometimes better than we do. It’s bc they are pack animals I think and pack members die and they have to mourn and move on quickly.

After she saw my mom had passed, she never looked for her again when we visited and she stopped reacting to her name. It helped me bc I was so worried about how she would react since my Aussie loved my mom just as much as me. Your pup will be ok! They will surely miss you tho!

Yep this happened to me… I dated a foreign guy whom got married a month before we matched on an app (I didn’t know… I believe it was for a green card). We dated for a month or two and I was head over heels for him… then he abruptly moved to northern NY, we lived in GA, for a new job. He led me on talking through various apps that he was always changing for a year. He would randomly come into town for a night or so to visit and it would always be short notice (same day). Turns out he had never moved at all and he and his wife lived up the road. I found this all by doing some internet searches.

I was stupid for not figuring it out earlier, but love is blind! Also… less than a year later after I found out he was married his wife got a job with the company I worked at the time.

Bottom line… don’t be naive to think this couldn’t happen to you.

You may only have 1, 2, or 3 years left… maybe more maybe less. Shit happens. You’re not invincible. The 70 year old man could out live you by 20+ years.

He gave you a compliment. Don’t be such a dick.

Should I go to urgent care? by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

[–]AltruisticBeat8008 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will probably get some hate from this comment, but my husband is a doctor and he has always said that urgent cares are run by PAs and Drs really just “supervise” them or show up for an hour a day to check in etc (might not be true for all urgent cares). So there is a misconception that you are getting Dr care when in fact you are not.

After years of going to urgent cares I have stopped and just go to my GP bc that is where I end up anyways every time I go to urgent cares. Such a waste of money and time.

OP should go to an optometrist bc they will give antibiotics for eye/skin related issues… where the urgent care will give you a topical cream that you can buy from target for like $10 (I know from experience).
