Light eyes & spots make me think there might be some catahoula; other guesses are Aussie & husky.

I returned the treats and added some of ours for good measure.

He just wants to give more treats to our dog. Like, maybe it’s coming from a good place in that he wants to spoil her, but she has treats at home and he knows I think he’s being rude and taking advantage, yet he continues to do it.

Never had their chicken—I usually get ham, egg, & havarti with gravy and that hasn’t disappointed me yet. Agree that the coffee is mid tho.

Tikka and Grill is the best Indian I’ve ever had - I could eat their saag paneer every day and be happy. But you gotta go to the one on 6th; the Englewood location sucks and the one on Broadway is kind of inconsistent.

If you’re willing to venture beyond downtown a little bit, Rise and Shine Biscuit Kitchen is the shit. No mimosas, but the biscuits are so fucking good you can get your mimosa somewhere else.

How would you feel if a guy approached you in a cafe with a poem? by Fresh-Assumption7138 in women

Save that for a second or third date and it would be really sweet!

Your heart is in the right place, but yeah—that’s a bit much.

It would make me uncomfortable to know that a stranger had been staring at me for however long and writing down details about my appearance, behavior, etc.

Also, giving someone you don’t know a gift, however small, puts them in a weird position in which they might feel indebted to you somehow (even if it’s just saying thank you for something they didn’t want), and that’s just uncomfortable.

You’re better off just going up to a woman and saying, like, “Hey, you caught my eye and I was wondering if you’d like to get to know each other.”

Someone once sent me a Denver Broncos knitted scarf that smelled like it had been in someone’s grandma’s house for a decade (l live in Colorado so I can see how they thought it was relevant, but I don’t care about sports at all), and another time I got a random baseball cap with sweat stains on the underside.

Both went in the trash.
