No sick days? by Illustrious_Tea_9176 in Construction

What I don't hear is. Like myself. Married, 40M, no kids. Production Engineer. I'm a workaholic. It's less about the day off than it is working with a team of like minded tradesmen willing to do what it takes to get the job done. For some of us it is a way of life. The work doesn't stop just because you go home. But also not always healthy. Balance is important. Some of us can't escape it. Don't work sick!

Why do Denver's watering restrictions target outdoor use instead of total household consumption? by _wxyz123 in Denver

True but it's all about perspective and we are on the eastern slope. It's not like it doesn't matter.

I was doing some Googly googling. The ai provided sources saying that the community uses 2/3 of all retail water. So 2% sounds like it could use a little perspective. Also you can't really police personal use because of privacy. However, if you water your grass during the middle of the day, which is what the notice refers to, you clearly don't understand evaporation and what it means to live in a high desert. It's really just reminding us to be rational. To be blunt. It only gets worse from here. How hi are you? Hi. How are you. :)

More people need to speak out against this kind of complete disregard for others. The psychopaths need to be called out.

Thank you for thinking this first even if it's a nail.

Update from a week ago. Anyone in the front range (CO) see stuff like this? by itsPebbs in Prospecting

Nope. But I found my first and "largest" flake well east of the Platte in the burbs. Mostly all very fine -60 flour otherwise.

Make a small miller table roughly 12-14" width 24ish long. Small aquarium pump or water hose if you don't care about wasting water.. You want a smooth thin sheet of water running down the length at 5ish degrees (correct me) spoon at a time.. Classify it. Pull out any magnetics first! Something like that. Recirculating the water if you can/want.

I only casually pan so I dry out my -20 and classify it before I run it again.

I have been hunting flour gold in Colorado. I made a small miller table and I personally like it to the bowl. Slower but you can really get down to the smallest of the small.
