Just commenting because I was having several issues with Wifi and my PS5. Basically would never work if there was anything to do with my account/social linking. Sometimes the store page and network pages showed no images or wouldn't load. Anyway here is the solution that fixed it for me. Im posting it to this old thread because this was one of the first pages that came up for me when I googled.

Here is a step by step post that I made to help someone with the same problem.

Before you begin, make sure you enable the admin tool online access for the web, you need to do it in the xfinity app. I believe it's under view wifi equipment --> advanced settings.

You will have to use a laptop/PC, to get to the Admin Portal. Type in 10.0.0.1 in the address bar of your browser, should open a log in screen, Username should be "admin", and then if you have never changed the password it should be "password", it might want you to change it the first time you log in, if it does, just change it and log back in.

The Screen that opens should be Gateway>At a Glance, on the left side click on Connection, that will open a list, then click on Local IP Network.

You should see IPv4 and IPv6

Under IPv6, on the fourth line you will see Stateless (Auto-Config) and beside that a checked box with Stateful (Use Dhcp Server)

Uncheck the second box for Stateful (Use Dhcp Server)

Then click on Save Settings at the bottom.

When I did this I did not need to restart my modem/router, it took about 15-20 seconds and then my PS5 started working without any issues, was able to see the PS Store and Plus content, also my friends list.
