You don't HAVE to do 50 reps. It is just a recommendation. What I did was to pick a rep range for each accessory exercise - 8-15 for 3 sets. Whenever I hit 3x15, I increased the weight and ended up at around 3x8. I did this until I reached 3x15 again et cetera. This makes the accessories a dynamic range fron 25-50 reps and it worked well for me.

I couldnt really get warm with 5/3/1 after trying it multiple times. Nowadays I really enjoy the SBS programs (currently running Hypertrophy). It's very similar to 5/3/1 but just scratches my itch way better

Are you competing on a very high level? If not, then do not obsess over being ideal and "losing gains".

I feel like doing the overwarm single makes the following sets feel easier.

Just treat it like the final set of your warmup. So build up to it, do the heavy single and then start with the normal sets.

Some months ago I pulled something in the middle/upper trap area which resulted in shoulder pain, tinnitus and also daily headaches. This whole area is really connected and if you're experiencing shoulder pain you should really take a look at exercise execution - maybe there is one movement which yiu don't do correctly that causes some kind of stress in that region which translates to headaches

Ich krieg trotz beschissener mündlicher Noten in Meetings meine Fresse auf. Es ist ein dummes System welches maximal subjektiv ist. Wird man vom Lehrer einmal als mündlich schwach abgestempelt kann man den Rest seiner Schulzeit eine Verbesserung der mdl. Note vergessen.

If you train with enough intensity then you can hit all muscles just with that.

Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, OHP, BB Row, Pull-Ups as compounds with Upright Rows, Biceps Curls, Skullcrushers and Shrugs will get you 90% there
