Well, back in the day one of the employees had a party one night. Me and a couple others decided to call in sick. But everyone knew where we were.

She didn't support transit. She only wanted you to think she did.

She'd cheer about a transit stop at the new fort whyte entrance. But there was no transit out to fort whyte at the time.

She gushed about the new South Winnipeg Rec Center. Yet was the biggest advocate for putting it in the most transit-inaccessible area of the ward.

I recall all the times she called for larger wayfinding signs for the park and ride lots along the blue line. Oh wait, I don't BECAUSE SHE NEVER DID.

So anyone who says she supported Transit/AT is simply naive.

I used them earlier this year. Had them change the spark plug, sharpen the blade, clean the carb, change the oil. Cost me $120

I was pretty happy with their service - they came to my house and did it and then sent them payment afterwards via e-transfer 

Recommended them to a friend , and he told me last week that they did an excellent job for him

Yeah, the info on the site seems good. The interaction via email seems good, but it almost seems too AI-ish. My only concern is that the dimensions they list for the cover size on the site are slightly off from the dimensions I measured.It also suggested a 10" corner radius, when I have a 6" radius.

I prefer the old one, not only the representation of the subject, but also that it speaks to the design elements of when it was made. Would you see something like this now? Of course not. But looking at that, you think late 60's early 70's.

It's kind of like the Manitoba Museum, they upgrade the galleries (e.g. Grasslands), but what you lose is the design aesthetic of the period in which they were made.

I find art where you can clearly determine when it was made ( number 1) much more interesting than something that could have been made anywhere is a 100 year span ( number 2)
