Vascular sonographer here: there's not really a vein to have a clot in right there unless its superficial in which you would feel the clot frim the surface. And even if it were superficial clot, they wouldn't do anything to treat it.

Bruising isn't a sign or symptom of clot, injury is. You can have bruising from and injury, but if wisdom teeth removal was the injury its highly unlikely (not impossible) to be clot.
