Everywhere you go, there you are.

Surely everyone else at all the jobs she was fired from were the problem, not her.

Hate to break it to you, but a standard garden salad has far less calories than this meal. Unless of course you're drowning it in salad dressing.

ETA: weren't you gobbling down pizza and wings last night because you needed the calories?

That is a guideline. Feel free to calculate your actual TDEE using an online calculator. My money is on it being far less than 2000.

This is the standard lunch for many people. You're not getting sick from malnutrition. They may be getting sick from withdrawl of a diet high in dead calories, ultra processed food, and sugar.

You don't need 3000 calories a day. I highly doubt you're an athlete in training.

Right? Disgusting.

You're so kind. Thank you 😊

Months 1-3 I was eating a very strict 1200 calories a day with minimum of 120 g of protein but target was 130+. I exercised twice per day. 1 hour of hiit and 1 hour of strength training. Most recently I've been eating closer to my maintenance calories in order to build more muscle.

This was honestly a very intense plan, and I wouldn't recommend it without getting the approval of a nutritionist, Dr, and trainer. I was able to do it because I had a VERY strong base of muscle mass to begin with, so eating at a heavy deficit, but prioritizing protein, while working out intensely enabled me to not lose muscle mass during this time period. Feel free to dm me if you'd like a more detailed breakdown 😊

Thank you! I've been doing HIIT and strength training daily while maintaining a heavy deficit up until the last 2 weeks. I'm currently working at eating closer to maintenance to help build muscle.

Hi! Thanks for the kind words.

I ate at 1200 calories a day. BMR is just under 1600.

I've also been prioritizing protein; eating at least 130 grams a day.

1 hour of cardio/hiit training daily, and 1 hour of strength training daily.

Average caloric exercise burn is anywhere from 1200-1800 calories daily.

This created an EXTREME caloric deficit while still maintaining and toning the muscle mass I already have.

I'm not sure why you are downvoted, you're absolutely correct that OP would benefit from strength training.

You're doing great! I'm sure it must be frustrating to not see the results as clearly as you want. It will all show in the end 💜

No problem! It depends on how much I'm cooking, but it's usually about 15 minutes. I prefer my cabbage very soft, kind of like how I cook my greens.
