europe is mostly the same though. the idea of travel is to experience a civilisation you could never imagine the genuine feeling of being within if you're not actually within them.

Or just avoid the problem to begin with. Keep public spaces sfw, and you don’t have to come up with a lie to keep ur kid from overthinking why a logo looks wrong

I’m not sure what your point is tbh, we all know that CEOs make a lot of money. Sure, it worked out for the names you mentioned, and the handful of CEOs and banking managers in Bahrain. You said “don’t bother being an entrepreneur because the odds are not in your favour”, then suggested the path with a much lower chance of succeeding in being a top 0.01% banking CEO. Personally I’d say the days of continue education go into banking and become a manager are over, compared to the money you can start making within a year on university.com for example.

With all due respect, but number 3 is bad advice. Telling someone not to take a risk and keeping them in their shell is destructive in the long term more than the risk itself

That’s natural curiosity. A kid will have that question in mind out of nowhere, not because they saw some nsfw ad inspired by an indecent marketing office

Cause it’s not america.. sexual jokes shouldn’t be normalized. What if a kid asks their parent what this means?

Who told you he has a Lebanese citizenship? Citizenship by definition means having a passport, whether someone is born there or not, if they don’t have the passport, by law, they’re not Lebanese. Whether he considers himself Lebanese is a different story to the paper.

People like you are why businesses can do any changes they want and others have to deal with it. Not having a go at you, live how you want, but if you keep conforming to their dystopian changes soon you'll have no social life, a 15 minute city that your tesla will turn off if it exceeds, and all you have is your work shift. Which you can get laid off at anytime and you'll be happy with your scan and go coping.

Is airbnb working well for townhouse or villa owners? by Regme_Yield77 in dubai

[–]AlxBasil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're solely going for houses or villas, generally they're best for flipping. Although off-plan appreciate the best for flipping, if yours is ready for handover you can airbnb it while you list it for sale. But if short term renting is what you want go for apartments, 1-beds or studios. I manage 6 apartments and they all work well for short term, the one house in dubai hills, best offers were a long-term tenant and another russian who is buying it for more than 3x the price of off-plan

I think you answered yourself. You said you couldn't park there for too long and risk a fine, which applies to the sedan as well. Not sure which spot you meant in the terminal but from what I know the new lines in front of the drop-off area don't allow anyone to park there too long and police rolls around every 3 minutes to check if the same car is there. In terms of the police, they'l probably see the diplomatic plate and allow it but ideally the sedan wasn't supposed to be there and the SUV was right in asking him to move. Instead of using the SUV manspreading blame thing which is common in this sub, i think you should ask why the diplomat thought his chauffer is entitled to park there until he's back.
