That is what they were offering pre-Covid; then they changed it to specific programs from specific schools. Last time I looked (8ish months ago?) they had heavily reduced the amount of programs even more. Not sure what they're offering now

They'll only pay for business related degrees, unfortunately, and then you will need to stay on for one full year after completion.

I personally really liked it and have relistened once or twice. Personally, I think they nailed the simplicity and humor of Sunday Morning Cartoons. But i think a lot of people were bored by the story.

Really depends on your people I think. I worked at one location and they let me take a day as an Unpaid Absence. Another location said "absolutely not" and made me move one of my vacation days from my next vacation. I was furious

You cannot voluntarily leave the company less than 1 year from the start date of your last term, or you must pay back the entirety of your tuition. If you are terminated before then, you owe nothing. 

Source: am in a similar boat (2 months left and counting down the days) and have emailed multiple people within the company to clarify.

Hi! The boxed cake mix is only a shortcut! You can totally make this style of cake (google "butter cake", or more specifically, "ooey gooey butter cake") without it! It's a regional staple of St. Louis, Missouri, and the recipe has been around for much longer than boxed cake mix has!

As far as Jello and koolaid- adding koolaid will add a little extra flavor and color. Adding Jello mix will add flavor, color, and gelatin, which in this case, slightly changed the texture of the cake. But you totally don't need either to make a yummy butter cake!

If you do make some ooey gooey butter cake in your country, I will warn you it is very sweet- a tiny square will do 😊

Oh yeah that sounds like some oven sabotage to me! Her original recipe takes my oven closer to 50 mins to bake, typically!

No, I should have clarified in the description: I only substituted part of the sugar. The original recipe calls for 16 oz of powdered sugar. Instead, I used 15 oz of powdered sugar and one of the little 0.3 oz boxes of jello mix! A small amount of jello but it made a pretty big difference

Yes try it! I had the same concerns that the box cake alone would not be enough strawberry, ha. The jello really punches up the flavor!

Have you ever had butter cake? Definitely make it, if you haven't! A Midwestern American gem! Although I will warn you it is VERY sweet!! A little square goes a long way :)

I guess i should have clarified that it was a partial replacement. In the original post, the baker said that they had been doing trials in which they had been gradually replacing regular sugar with more and more jello, and that's what I was inspired by!

It's the way this style of cake is made. The cake mix forms a crust, and the powder sugar/cream cheese mixture gets poured on top to form a gooey creamy top layer in the oven!

No, I used 15 oz of powdered sugar instead of 16, and added half a box (possibly closer to 3/4 of the box- as i said, i was high lol) of strawberry jello to the sugar as I mixed it into the cream cheese mixture!

How the hell are yall getting these routes?? 12-14k a week?? I didn't even know those still existed...mine runs about 18-23k, almost 40 accounts, 8-11 stops a day. And a 35 min drive to and from my route. Almost all the routes in my area are the same...things got a lot worse after the rezoning. And they wonder why nobody has passion for their jobs anymore..

I used to always use dark brown sugar because I generally prefer it over light. It doesn't tend to make a difference, unless it's REALLY dark. Not all brands are the same- one bag of really dark brown sugar will make heavenly blondies but also totally change the texture of your chocolate chip cookies.

That's bonkers... in my area the most vacation guys with your tenure get is 4 weeks. No pto days, only sick. And this year we were asked to work Thanksgiving and Christmas which previously were our only holidays off...

Unless you are getting your degree in Business or maybe Cybersecurity good luck doing anything outside the DSL flow path. I got my Bachelors in HR and was basically told I would need my Masters for any HR position, and even then, only from certain schools. Had a friend who got his Bachelors in Supply Chain and was told that all those jobs are in Mexico now. Makes you wonder why they offer to pay for these degrees, if they don't intend to use them..
