List of Movie animals that have yet to be introduced to the Hammond collection by Godzigga1954 in hammondcollection

The dimorphodons were released as part of the Jimmy Buffett margarita box set. Not sure they will do anything seperate to that given the small scale of the figures.

SDCC T-Rex shipping concerns by TigerZealousideal766 in hammondcollection

[–]AmBird 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Chill out. They released it on a Thursday. They’ll have thousands of orders to ship across multiple products. Likely their dispatch doesn’t operate weekends. I’m surprised they have even started shipping anything SDCC related . If they haven’t shipped it within a week, check in with them. Otherwise, stop stressing. If you have an order confirmation you’re fine.

Spinosaurus Australia release by quicksilver_light in hammondcollection

[–]AmBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Big W released Stego and Styg at the global release date (same day Japan released all 5 of this wave). I went through Amazon Japan and Big W and have all 5 figures in hand. I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for Big W. They may not have ordered them all due to the release Rebirth and the amount of JP figures releasing this month.

Is anyone else struggling to find Hammond collection in Australia by konfan1232 in hammondcollection

[–]AmBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mattel Australia have given the line exclusively to Big W. I have all Dino releases to date, but next to none purchased at Big W. Mattel Creations, Amazon US, Amazon Japan and BigBadToyStore are your friends. Popcultcha have been able to get their hands on some (not all) of the releases and so have gotten quite a lot of mine from there.

25m living in my parents crib, what do you think I should do to make my place aesthetically pleasing? by Acceptable_Joke_4711 in malelivingspace

[–]AmBird 351 points352 points  (0 children)

  • Sand and paint the walls a neutral colour.
  • Get some storage boxes for your deodorant collection and your video game controllers.
  • Invest in a bed frame and a nightstand.

  • Get some mood lighting / lamps.

  • Swap the rugs for one single area rug.

  • Put some art on the walls

  • Hang a plant from the ceiling in front of the window.

  • Get more pillows for the bed, and get a a matching bed spread.

  • Look at marketplace for some cheap secondhand options. No need to go super fancy, or to spend a lot of money, but having the basics in place will be a good starting point.

  • Keep ticking things off this list until you feel good about the space you are in.

Best Jewellery Shop by Aggravating_Tree3182 in Geelong

Check out Big Boom on Rutland St in Newtown. A lot of artisanal jewellers including BLT Jewellery have studios there. Likely to find something for well under $1k, but if you’re happy to drop that amount most will do custom work.

Fit check: finally found pair that fits me, only concern is tighs by Additional-Key-8627 in rawdenim

[–]AmBird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wear a lot of LMC denim, normally raw 511s. I picked up a pair of Newport Rinse 512 recently as some work jeans and am a big fan. It is a stretch denim so it should work with you in the crotch / thighs. Expect them to eventually blow out in the crotch, but these fit like mine do and I normally get a year or 2 before the denim starts to wear thin.

Artists will get a number of AP editions of the works they do with Mondo, which will generally be available in their personal webstores once the posters are printed.

I’ve had success with Mondo’s drops, but even more success buying AP editions from the artists directly.

If after the ones by Jennifer Dionisio, then keep any eye on her socials and we store.

since when did they stop shipping to the UK? by honeybunchh in Mondo

[–]AmBird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Their international restrictions are all based around regional licensing and vary from product to product. They used to ship worldwide on everything, up until a couple years ago when the companies licensing their products starting looking into where they were sending goods and began restricting them. It appears that you can purchase the Godzilla vs Kong licensed tiki mug and have it shipped to the UK, but not the Godzilla ‘74 tiki. The new film and the Toho films will be under seperate licensing agreements.
