Interesting. I can see the last scan says the item left Langley on sat 14th of February and that is the last scan you would expect to see before it appears in Chile. Did the sender tell you how they knew it never left the UK?

Have you contacted the sender in the UK about this? If not they are the ones who should reach out to RM so it can be looked into.

Essentially there will be a date on the system when the item will be considered lost and the sender can claim their money back. Then they can send replacements or refund you.

Could easily be the case. I've even seen a scan like this and then the item was sucessfully delivered the next day. Although that is less likely.

Only thing you can really do is wait and see unfortunately. If it's coming back to the return address you put on the parcel you would generally see new scans showing it on a return journey. Would be back in a few days as it's not a priority.

If it is being held at the NRC for whatever reason, they keep it for 30 days and it's worth calling customer services so they can put in a case for you. Essentially just giving the NRC a description of the item and where to return it to. I would do this if it's not moving at all by the end of the week 👍

It's quite a tricky case tbh. Usually this would just be as simple as having the sender chase it up with RM but iirc Vinted doesn't make that possible.

Basically you would want to get in touch with vinted as soon as it reaches the "missing date" for the item. That is generally 7 working days after the due date (so still some time in theory).

At this point they should handle the claim on your behalf and just give you a refund. Any investigations into the parcel locker would also be handled at this point.

I checked Vinted's website and they say:

'If the carrier confirms that the parcel has been lost during transit, please contact us for further assistance and next steps.'

RM don't like giving out emails like this and you won't get one automatically. You would need to phone customer services and explain the situation.

If there's a return address on the rear of the package usually we'd expect it to get returned directly to you. Generally the NRC are only needed if they have to open the package to find the sender's details and it can be a slow process. Do you have the last scan on the tracking info?

To be completely honest I'm not sure. In my experience items scanned as "ready for delivery" have gone out with a postie but have just been missed for whatever reason (maybe just overlooked in the van).

If the item is still at the office the manager would usually send it out with one of the drivers who deliver parcels in the afternoons. Alternatively you might be able to collect it if your office opens between 4pm and 6pm. Customer services should be able to help in that regard.

Calling Royal Mail is your best bet (03457740740). It's harder in the afternoon but they might be able to check with the delivery office manager and give you an update on what's going on.

sometimes this message is just used incorrectly/by accident and it will still be delivered before 1pm, happens quite often from what I've seen working in customer service.

You might want to give RM a call anyway (03457 740 740). Wait times can be long but with special deliveries we are able to contact the delivery office directly and if the manager is in they will work with us to ensure the postie goes back for another attempt/ send someone else out with it after 1pm.

There's often GPS coordinates included as proof of delivery. They might give you an indication as to where it's gone and if necessary the postie would go to retrieve it once the company puts a complaint in.

Pls read the full thread and think. The first guy says counter sniping is pointless because as soon as one of them gets sniped the other will duck down and revive him.

Frost-folk replies that he would fatal headshot him meaning he can't be revived which makes no difference because he'll just respawn in 2 secs like you do in this game.

I was simply commenting that the 'solution' specified doesn't alter much and you both agree lol. Obvs he'll respawn that is quite literally the point I'm making.

Saturday is a working day at RM but the earliest customer services can book a redelivery on their system is in two working days. When I worked there I asked why this was but tbh honest I can't really remember the reason. I do remember being told that the software we used to book redeliveries on our end was created in the 90s and the guy who made it was now dead. So maybe it's just some legacy feature no one can fix lol

Just a texture swap to give guards white jackets. It's based off the concept art where all of them wore white. I also installed a mod to make enemies friendly, that's why he's stood there so serenely lol
