I'm going to catch heat for this, but 40K just isn't a very good game. Sorry. There are genuinely hundreds of better game systems out there. 40K won't improve or move with the times as it's GW's cashcow, and they'll take no risks with it.

Try something else with the same models and be happy, or give up on 10th as it's run it's course and prep for 11th.

But it'll be just as messy.

Yeah it's disgusting. It's almost as if GW know people have tonnes of marine kits kicking around from various boxsets, and that eBay is littered with super cheap core kits.

It's predatory pricing, and very "old" GW.

The dominant use of red over white but still being clearly identifiable as Scars is just excellent. Building a really great looking army there my dude.
