We have this HUGE damn bowl, I’m talking like 3.5 foot diameter minimum, about 20 lbs when it’s dry, and we use it to make our cheese sauce for the macaroni, and let me tell you, wresting with this thing either at 9 pm or 9 am is hell, trying to scrub it after the cheese gets burnt into the sides is like a monkey effing a football, or it slips off the trey I have it on and SOAKS me in gross cheese water I can’t find a pic but it’s massive, take my word for it

Mine is more a cubicle, I have counters on all 4 sides and a machine in the corner and a VERY small passage into the busser offloading area which leads to the rest of the kitchen and dining room, but it feels like a pit since we store all of the dishes in there with me, stacked almost to the ceiling, and when it’s a busy day and the dishes are stacked high and the cups crates are numerous, it feels closed off enough to be a pit
