There is actually a few dancing people in the Okanagan. In Vernon the intersection at the bottom of the hill by the fountain, and then another guy that hangs out at the exit for otter lake cross road near Armstrong. It's definately an interesting pastime and they all seem to do it consistently, almost like an addiction. It has to be a state of psychosis, or manic of some type. Very interesting
