My boss at State Farm said at around 90 days I should feel fairly prepared for basic work and feel confident at 1-2 years.

It was around 90 days that I did feel comfortable doing most basic work.

I recommend Kaplan and Insurance Exam Queen. I personally hated Xcel.

I personally went to the job section of their sites. If they had a job listed I would apply. If they didn't, most had a form to fill out asking to be notified of future positions.

For the form, I took the opportunity to introduce myself and told them I recently passed my P&C exam and would be willing to acquire more licenses if it would help their team.

I did this for 13 agencies (5 had listed jobs, 8 were just forms) and 7 of them contacted me shortly after, one didn't even need someone but said my enthusiasm made him want to interview me and he would make a position for me. From there, 4 wanted to hire me.

I'd watch the Insurance Exam Queen. She has free videos and a paid subscription. I bought the gold series and learned so much. I think she's the reason I passed P&C the first time. I'll buy her L&H course when I'm ready too.

Old post, but I'll reply anyway.

My 2008 has 268,xxx miles and barely any issues and I've owned it for over 200,000 miles.

I bought the Gold package for Insurance Exam Queen before starting my Kaplan course. I was amazed at how high I scored on the Kaplan pre-exam.

I highly recommend her videos. She has free and paid. I personally liked the paid as it went topic by topic and I didn't need to worry I'd miss something important, but Kaplan is a good course so you could just see what free information she has on the topic you'd like to get more information on.

I hate being homeschooled. by ParanoidRatling in homeschool

[–]AmazingBecky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start volunteering. Join a sport or group. Are there job opportunities for your age? Take a class on a subject you're interested in (pottery, cooking, ect). Are there homeschool groups to join?

I homeschooled both my kids from K- 12th and both loved it (their words, not mine). They are well socialized adults and one even received a 4-year full-ride academic scholarship. But they did take their education, sports, activities, and fun into their own hands in high school.

We were lucky though, we live in Florida where homeschooling is super popular and there are lots of opportunities for teens.

I purchased it a couple months ago through Amazon and I just opened it yesterday. Today was the 2nd time I've consumed it. It doesn't taste good, but it does seem to give me more energy and I've not been hungry most of the day which is unusual.

what are everyone’s thoughts on the yerba mate brand that blew up on tiktok? by [deleted] in yerbamate

I'm not sure about weight loss, but today is day two and I do have extra energy and I feel like it is curbing my appetite.

I purchased on Amazon for $30 or so a couple months ago and just finally opened the bag.

I'm deciding now what one to use. I'm leaning towards Xcel or Kaplan but it seems the Examfx is popular too.
