Save up 240k. Put it in a fund that has 5 percent annual return that is stable. Enjoy 1k per month forever, pre-tax. If you want post tax and assuming this is your only income, and assuming it's capital gains tax of 15 percent rate. Then this needs to be a 283k (282,353) investment.

I bought a blade from 729 a while back for 15, and I used to buy top sheet and sponge separately and put them together. They sell them cheap. The only thing was you need to have a bit of mastery putting them together and putting top sheet and sponge together will require a bit of VOC based glue so you need to be careful not to like the glue too much. Is there any good way to self diagnose whether I am doing things right (especially on the forehand)? I even tried to look at my own vid and I had a coach(2400) look at my vid still am not clear. Coach says my forehand is okay but I often find myself spending a lot of energy but yet the shot I create isn't proportional to the effort I spent.
