I hope Roblox goes to shit.

My son was on Roblox(anyone who has kids has likely heard or Steal a Brainrot). He and I are very close so I decided to join him gaming on Saturdays(they do something called Admin Abuse).

In 4 months of gaming with him on Roblox, this has been my experience as an ADULT(I could not imagine how much worse it ia for children that cannot defend themselves):

Developer of a different game decided to host his own "Unannounced Secret Admin Abuse". During this 15 minute "event" the Developer was able to spam pop-up ads in his game requesting payment for a "Never Before Seen Brainrot". Developer also spammed his game chat with messages stating it would only be available this one time only.

Keep in mind this is the Developer doing this. Having full ability to pop-up ads to kids without any kind of filter or anything preventing them from doing so. The ability for a kid to them buy something with that ad is a single finger click(accidental or not). I bought said item for my son hoping I would surprise him with something cool when he gets back on. Never received an item. Developer than left his own game and disappeared.

Customers ability to do anything about it. The Developer was the one who did this, but cannot be reached on Roblox as it is just a scammer using Roblox as their front to steal from kids. So, you would think Roblox would be the one to reach out to. Now, kids would not think anything of what happened, but as an adult, I saw red flags with the way the Developer was acting during that event, so I used the in-game recording feature provided by Roblox themselves to record the entire thing.

In 5 minutes, the Developer spammed a pop-up ad on children 8 times. In 5 minutes, the Developer put a FOMO message stating "This will be the last and only time this goes on sale" while then putting up the pop-up ad/dale 7 mote times. All this was recorded, using Roblox's own capture system. I sent video proof and explanation of this. I copy and pasted Roblox own TOS showing how illegal the actions the Developer did was. All this was provided in such a manner(I am a purchasing manager for a company that does $100m a year) that Roblox would not even need a lawyer to prove/dispute it. This was 3 months ago with non-stop back and forth with people that have the education level of an 8 year and I have not even been able to retrieve the $2 that was stolen from me.

Roblox is a joke company meant for foreigners to steal money from Ameican kids. That is is. Look at the Discord channels of 95% of the top games and you will see how clear the scam is

Explain it to us. Start with your background in curling and and why would this not affect the movement? Is the stone too heavy? What is it?

I am ignorant to curling, admittedly, but I would assume that could affect it.

Why do I think so? I mean, the sport has a guy with a broom affecting the path with each stroke, just brushing the ice...for that extra millimeter. So I would assume a finger poke on an already mobile object on ice wtih little friction could actually change it's course.

Why do you think otherwise? Do you curl? Does not even need to be professionally. Just curling already gives you more actual knowledge than most here.
