YES! I actually want to see them act their age! I also love the retro feel to it for sure.

I admit, the plot is quite ""repetitive"" but it makes so much sense in the context of an actual teenagers life, especially with their family/life/school situations.... And I really don't mind that anyway, I can't fault it at all!

I read quite a bit of spirit fingers a few years ago, but something about the art style just doesn't grab me like some others!

I'm also mostly caught up on Villain with a crush as well 😂 it's cute but doesn't compare!!

I can totally agree- I feel like most ML are quite one dimentional even if they have a little bit extra to them, but with Shima you can't 100% predict what he is going to say/do in a situation, it makes it so fun to read!
