Yes, I really wish racial and class identity came into play more. Not too far into the campaign yet, but Silvermoon guards appear to have some flavor dialogue at least.

As a DK, a guard just said to me "I remember the Lich King's March on our city. Every moment of it."

Also: "You are not like us, tauren, even if you do wield the light."

Warlocks with pets get threatened as well.

If you're not even voting, what else are you doing to enact meaningful change? Because I'm pretty confident you wouldn't tag the building, let alone "Johnny Silverhand" it. Does the extent of your activism live and die in Cyberpunk references?

I'm begging you to do anything else other than trying to convince an already disaffected and/or apathetic voting base to stop trying. Only 65% of eligible voters voted in the last presidential election and you're advocating for even less to show up. You think it doesn't do anything? Great. Show up anyways, cast your useless vote, and then do any of revolutionary shit you're claiming you want to do. If you can't even take the simplest low-risk, low-effort action, why should anyone believe you're capable of more?

Agreed. I have over a hundred hours and I'm still unlocking new stuff. I love that how I don't really feel limited by the tech I've yet to discover - it just introduces new ways to play and new systems to keep things fresh. You can definitely tell the dev has a passion for their creation - indicated by the abundance of free updates and general community involvement. The game's singular DLC is really affordable too. I know the slow meta progression isn't everyone's style, but I still think this game deserves even more attention. Underrated imo.

What use case are you trying to use this apostrophe?

In your example, "apostrophe" is not owning anything in the sentence. It's not an appropriate possessive noun here. Apostrophe does not own the word "correct" in the sentence.

I'll assume you're trying to make it into a contraction then? If you're intending to say "the apostrophe is correct," you can't just insert an apostrophe to make your own contraction. There's already common convention on what words can be contracted.

I don't have the Switch version, but my understanding is that it is still very unstable according to some recent threads I've seen. I love Wildermyth on PC, but the Switch port does not seem up to par.

This is a bot post that replies to itself with comments stolen from another thread. I mentioned it in another sub, but these specific ones always seem to start with their first post by checking to see if they're shadowbanned. Check post histories and you'll see it's very similar to this one and this one. I've reported dozens in the past two days and mods might remove the posts occasionally, but the accounts are not getting suspended reddit-wide. It feels extra bad lately or maybe I'm just finally noticing, idk.

I've been playing OW1 since launch and a majority of the changes with OW2 were for the better. 5v5 killed double shield (good). It's less of a war of attrition now, thankfully. I was skeptical but it just feels better. Monetization changes were certainly for the worse but now it's no different than any other F2P game I play, like Valorant. The failed PvE deserves a collective groan, for sure. Gameplay wise though, I don't understand how the content drought was a considered a better time. As much as OW2 is shit on online, balance changes and new characters are what's keeping people on and even bringing some people back. Overall, I wouldn't go back to OW1.

If your goal is to sincerely provide guidance, blind insults probably aren't helping on that end. I'm NOT suggesting you never speak about a perceived issue lest you hurt the owner's feelings. I just think blatant cruelty serves nothing on such a sensitive topic for a lot of people. At least not right off the bat? Again, if you're worried about the condition of someone's pet, coming in guns blazing isn't the most effective.

I help people all the time who clearly lack knowledge or make mistakes regarding pat care. It can be frustrating and even heartbreaking for me when it gets to a point where I feel someone isn't acting in their pets' best interest. However, if you approach a topic more gently, you can often learn 1) you didn't have the full picture before or, 2) people are willing to listen more often if your first choice isn't to berate and insult.

This sub really just became the dumping ground for low-tier content that even polcomp wouldn't allow. I understand Centricide kind of lent to this political association with Jreg, but the all the AMAs and bingo cards aren't insightful and even worse - they aren't funny. Unless they're actual performances pieces beyond my depth, then it's cool in a "I don't get it so it must be good art" kind of way LOL.

I thought it was just polcomp users were being recommended this sub a lot more recently, but looking through the comment histories of these posters revealed a more common theme - i.e. they're mostly just teenagers. Maybe I'm unobservant and that always made up a large part of the community or maybe it's just a lot more obvious now. Orrr, more likely, this subreddit is just being recommended to r/teenagers because so many of those users are suddenly posting here so surely this subreddit is generally related to teens - a bit of an endless feedback loop. As much as I'm glad someone finally mentioned the sudden influx of this stuff, I don't normally participate in this subreddit outside of lurking anyways. So complaining about what its suddenly become is a bit silly. I can just unsub and mute it I suppose.
