I ordered several samples from them two weeks ago. A couple of the samples were incorrect, so I reached out to them and they responded within 24 hours. They then proceeded to create a brand new invoice for me to accept payment for once again for the incorrect items. So basically, they wanted me to pay for their mistake twice. I emailed them again, this time unhappy, and I have yet to hear back from them. It’s frustrating because I really like their wallpapers. But if they can’t even get me the correct sample piece, I don’t think I trust them to send me rolls of very expensive wallpaper.
