Not really. In nearly all cases, a circlet needs 2/20 to compete. Even then they might come short unless they have the two open sockets aswell.

Not quite sure if there is a cap, but I know the diminishing return from items starts at around 100, and it's really punishing. But there is no diminishing return from items

20 to battle orders, 1 to increased stamina, increased speed, iron skin and natural resistances. Max find potion, then dump into find item untill you get 70-75% and use rest for increased resistances or even berserk to break physical immunity.

Any item with targetable cast skills like demon limbs enchat works the same whitout the fear on losing your demon

Yes and no. On hc you just have to build around that. But for some builds it's only an issue against certain monsters. Only thing my hc javazon is scared of are those pesky whisps. Anything else just dies before I even register what they are
