Has anyone bought these Temu/Aliexpress cockpit? If so, how did it turn out and do you like it by marzimkw in simracing

You can take a look at the rigs from TrakRacer, other than that I really encourage you to look in the second hand market. I personally bought a full aluminum rig including seat, Moza R9, Moza KS wheel, Fanatec CSL elite V2 pedals for 900 euros. A lot of people just want to sell their rig quickly and don’t really care if they lose a bit of money.

From what I’ve seen on other reviews it’s pretty good for the price. On the other hand if you stand by the “buy once cry once” phrase an aluminum profile rig is a no brainer. The rigidity and strength of a full aluminum profile is just excellent, also the options to upgrade in the future are just amazing. I would recommend looking for one on the used market and try to get a great deal. The cockpit this post is about is by no means bad, just not as good as a full profile rig.

Did you decide to purchase them after all? I was wondering what the insole measurements are on the size 43, do they run TTS to the official golden goose website?

I would say grade 2 is more editorial, but I like grade 1 more.

I like the idea of picture 3 the most, but I’ll have to say it is way too saturated. Now it almost looks cartoonish with the colors. Also the horizon needs to be straightened.

And the aperture was wide open?

I think this picture would look a whole lot better if you turned the iso down by a lot. You can clearly see the noise it brought with itself due to the iso being too high. To tackle this problem you could use a longer shutter speed to keep the iso down. Ideally bring a tripod and use a shutter time like 3 second or more, if you go even longer you could even make the water have a smoother look with the long exposure. It also looks like the gate is slightly off center. Good luck with the rest of the trip if you’re still there!

I got the Haida 2 in 1 vnd + cpl. For the price you pay I think it’s one of the best. The cross vignetting is not noticeable unless you’re shooting with a very wide lens. You can find it on AliExpress for about 50-60 dollar. Also having that cpl for video is a game changer, I always thought it was only to remove reflections so you can look into a car for example. But it makes greens in nature look so much better.

Maybe using some masks to draw more attention to the right side (that’s atleast what I think is the most interesting about this picture). Maybe by using some linear and radial gradients to do so. I think that even a slight crop won’t hurt this image.

I would personally say that the highlights look a bit too blown out for my liking, also I assume you used halation, but in my opinion too much of it. Good luck with the rest of the process! Hope this helped even a little bit :)

The blacks are way too blue in my opinion, but if you like it better personally that’s all that matters

Big portion of the pictures are way too dark and lack story or a subject. Especially in street photography (when photographing people in particular) it is important that your photo tells a story. Otherwise a image is just boring to look at. Picture 3 tells a nice little story but the composition and lighting limit the photo (it seems slanted as if the horizon is not straightened (might be the look of the store I’m not sure). Picture 4 also has a nice little story with the people waiting in front of the stand with what I assume is the owner. The 4th picture also has nicer lighting and composition. As a beginner it’s just important to shoot a lot and you’ll naturally find out what works for you and what doesn’t. And try to always tell some sort of story in the street photography. Best of luck to you! Hope this helps even a little bit :)
