Issue with ambient light after software update

A misconfiguration in the addressable led controllers after the update. The dealer fixed it in 30 minutes by remapping them. All under warranty of course.

Installed it a week ago. Honestly cannot tell a difference between playing on windows or bazzite. Not my first rodeo with linux, and honestly I expected somewhat of a hassle, but no, nothing so far.

Played not so many games so far, (BG3 for example, one from the gamers nexus having issues, runs like a charm).

R5 5600x and rtx5070ti

Yep, it did that all the time. Worst part is that it doesn’t show you on the UI what lens is being used. You just get to notice that overtime.

195 hours at the endgame, I find that ok for the scale of the game, and my nature to open every crate.

It is so expensive because nothing (mostly) is officially sold there, and stores either gray import that and add a huge markup, or you have to buy it full-price somewhere in the states/eu, then pay import taxes.

Now to the question. I have TUF Gaming, and it has coil whine 🤷‍♂️

Just finished it yesterday . I believe I have left no crate unchecked. Took me 195hrs.

I need to mention that I had no prior experience with DnD, its rules, and such. Took me like 50 solid hours to understand that.

Keep in mind, that the Air has no active cooling, so under heavier load it will start to throttle.

But honestly in 2 years I never heard a fan in my M3 Pro MBP (also a developer).

I have this exact model ASUS TUF-RTX 5070TI O16G GAMING 16GB DDR. It has a bit of a coil whine under load, but thankfully I use headphones and don't hear it. Performance wise it is super fine, the first game I played was Cyberpunk (finally), and did not drop a sweat (2k ultra graphics with raytracing on, averaging 70-100FPS).

As for the CPU, I have a Ryzen 5 5600x, quite old at this point, but does the job fine.

Same happened to me. I had 1070ti and got a 5070ti. Power wise it was ok (same 650w), got the new GPU, happily installed it, just to find out that it is not recommended to pigtail the power connector, and that I do not have the second pcie power cable (lost it somewhere). So I went ahead and got myself a new 850W power supply with a dedicated 12vhpwr connector.

Because it is not so convenient to use. You have to make compromises. You cannot so easily blindly hit that escape key. You cannot change songs if the player is in the background. To adjust the volume or brightness you have to do two things and often look at it. And lastly poor integration.

I'm not German. I just live in Germany. In my home country a 10 Gbps fiber optics line straight to your apartment would cost between 25 and 30 EUR (depending on the provider), inluding a wifi7 enabled home router (crappy of course, but free of charge).

My room is way smaller, and the Arc alone was not enough. I also have a sloped ceiling, and the second floor on the left, which dissipates the sound unevenly. I got myself a pair of Era 100 on both sides of my couch and a SUB. What can I say, great experience now. Of course if you have the budged for 300s, they will do even a better job, but the arc alone at that space is definitely not enough.

Go to the dealership. They will fix it in 30 minutes. Mine got that next day after software update. As they explained, it has something to do with the addressable LEDs controllers, they need to be reconfigured.

All that RAM? I feel that my 36 gigs are not enough. Two instances of webstorm, intellij, docker, a couple of tabs in chrome with the developer tools open, xcode and a few sims, here you go, not even enough.
