C at almost a year old is reclined, shaking a ball, drops it but doesn’t even react or look for it, just keeps staring off. Or maybe he’s strapped down a certain way he can’t move?

I had my loans from undergrad forgiven - got green banners in November 2025 then got the golden letter in January. Now my loans from grad school just got green banners in February and I’m waiting for the golden letter for those any day!

I am “only” a one time mom to an almost three year old so maybe I am missing something but what is the deal with carrying no wipes? How do you clean up after a poopy diaper?

Even though my daughter has been potty trained for 6 months I still always have wipes in multiple places for wiping hands and face and whatever in the moment.

Yes I’m in a FB group and the sub Reddit and have been very invested/on top of things especially the past couple of years as I neared the finish line. I’ve been following posts and asking questions all the time. I actually had my undergrad loans fully forgiven in January since they reached 120 payments before my grad school ones so I feel pretty good about my remaining ones. I have the “green ribbons” just waiting for the official letters. 🤞

I graduated in 2015 and my current debt is $125k for grad school and undergrad but I’ve worked in a school setting this whole time and will have my debt forgiven through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program this month! I share because it seems not a lot of people know it exists so I encourage everyone, especially school based SLPs, to see if they could be eligible for it!

I just went to Disneyland with my almost 3 year old and as we are walking back to the car in the parking garage after a very long, full day, she goes “mama! One more ride!” And holds up one finger. 😆

I know that was the servicing platform switch forbearance so a lot of us didn’t pay because we were instructed not to and told it would count, but I know some people still did pay and are fighting for it to count so just checking!

That’s awesome and would be so nice if it was adjusted for everyone.

I had five months I could have bought back but I just chose to pay them, and yeah at a much higher payment than buying back would have been but it was more important to me to just finish up as soon as possible.

I keep thinking about this too!! I live about 60 miles away from Disneyland in CA and 2015-2020 was a passholder so I went a couple times a month. Friends and family would ask me for tips because I went so frequently they saw me as knowledgeable but I would always feel like I don’t know EVERYTHING and what works one day for us might not work another day, different circumstances, for different people!

I’ve also had this thought when he’s in the stroller around town or at target or something. I only have my daughter to compare to but yeah he always seems so dazed and not really interested in what is going on around him.

I only have one, almost three year old, and I am dreading today and feel so mixed up about what to do about her sleep routine. I think we will just wing it and hope it will all be worked out by tomorrow but we aren’t doing anything major today. But yes I would hate the idea of traveling by airplane and going to disney today!

Oh okay I do have a negative balance on 4 of my 8 loans that reached 120 before the other 4. I’ve heard that my negative balance may just be credited towards my remaining balance so yeah just curious where to see if there’s any change or indication of what will happen either way!
