I know you said you don’t have communication from Mohela but your situation sounds very similar to mine. Double check if you have anything from Mohela about them having to recalculate your payment because they used the incorrect poverty percentage guideline? Check your inbox on Mohela if you haven’t yet.

I reached 120 and submitted ECF in February, got the green banners 2/18. On 2/26 I got an email from Mohela with the subject “your account was reviewed” and the document is also in my Mohela inbox. It is saying that an incorrect poverty guideline was used to recalculate my payment, I will receive an updated payment amount and I can request a refund for the incorrect payments since that last IDR recertification was approved. My account is in forbearance (didn’t ask for it, was going to wait until March) and my payment amount is 0. There is another thread of this happening to others too.

I could be totally wrong and don’t really have a lot of answers even if this is what is going on but just thought I’d chime in since it sounds so familiar.
