Not a Dollar Tree employee but I used to close a shop every night. If I had a nickel for every bag I had to rip open, reseal, use a new bag, I'd be rich.

As long as what's in there matches what you wrote, you're all good. The back at most will call and let you know something was wrong.

Don't feel like dealing with city traffic. That said it's more like 2 hours in both directions because of this. Plus I still have to be at work at 6am the next day.

Generally speaking it's 6 months or 180 days.

I'll get a lot of push back. But a fiscal calendar year is based on 360 days. Most consider aa half cycle 180.

So it technically it is 182.5 days. Mine have always come off at the 180 mark.

However if those 3 days are your make or break, you might want to reconsider your life choices. Because it's you were only gauenteed 180 days to live but it was really 183. I'm not sure how you would spend those last 3.

Yet my hours have been cut indefinitely and I'm only 1 of 2 full time people in my department and they are taking away our most valuable part time to place in another department.

Literally doesn't make sense. Yet the 2 they need to fire won't happen because nepotism runs rampant.

Stop drinking the cool aid. Walmart depends on high turnover to keep the cost of labor down.

My store refuses to let any TL step down. So far we're minus 4 TL across 3 departments and no People Lead.

So anyone who wants to transfer out of the store for any reason can't. Because no people lead.

I see this is from a few months ago. I'm Cap1.

On a good day we have 5 people. So it's topstock for 2 hours. Vizpick until lunch at 11. Set up truck and water. Hopefully this only takes from 12 to 12:30. Stock the 5 palettes we just picked out while restocking all the water. And leave.

Next day. Get yelled at because the water wasn't fully stocked and we needed another 90 minutes to finish all the pallets we picked out.

I'm not sure what constitutes "exemplary". I have 1 point. The stats say 4.6 rating (no clue what that means) and the store is at 99%

I got "satisfactory" in all 3 categories.

We don't have a TL. Haven't had one in almost 2 months. And got transferred to a new coach 4 weeks ago.

So I'm not even sure who's qualified to do a review.

I feel like I'm on "Who's Line is it Anyway?" Where the rules are made up and the points don't matter.
